OUR MANAGEMENT

“If you want to do something, Go and achieve something.
You can’t be thinking all the time of what you don’t have”

– KAPIL DEV

We all think that the only people who succeed are those who have big ideas, think big, and work hard to make their dreams come true. Our very own Mr. S. R. Chaudhary is a great inspiration to our management at the Youth Cricket League.

This amazing platform for cricket is owned and founded by him. In addition to being a risk-taker and imaginative businessman, Mr. S. R. Chaudhary is an intense cricket fan. He was raised in a loving, comfortable Delhi environment where he was socially and culturally anchored from birth. He was constantly compassionate and empathetic towards others around him. Mr. Chaudhary is a thoughtful and kind man who graduated from Delhi University with a B.A.

Since he was a little child, cricket has been his obsession. It serves as a pacifier, an adrenaline rush, and a stress reliever. Rain or shine, Mr. Kumar would always be found in the “gully” playing “gully cricket” with his “team” of neighbourhood pals, whether it was during his exam days or summer vacation. Their favourite time to get together over a small cricket match had been during the school and college tiffin breaks. He grew up playing cricket with homemade bats and plastic balls, just like other Indian kids do. Mr. S. R. Chaudhary had aspirations of being a successful cricket player when he was a teenager. Like many other young Indian lads, he enrolled in his local cricket coaching academy. Unfortunately, though, his commitments and duties to his family overshadowed his goals.

In 2003, while watching India play Australia in the ICC Cricket World Cup, he was inspired to accomplish something extraordinary in the sport of cricket. After the 2007 ICC cricket world cup, his aspirations began to come true and take on a larger scope.

After the Indian team’s historic victory, he realised that now is the ideal moment to harness our nation’s untapped ability in order to produce the next generation of skilled and trained cricket players. For our nation, a fresh, young squad needed to be developed. a secular team that will include members from even the most remote regions of our nation. He came to the realisation that we must endeavour to create “Team India” in the truest sense. The only thing left to decide was how and what would be the best first move in this approach.
